Carnival HUB: a quick onboard guide
Get connected, find your daily plans, and understand which features cost extra.
Before you board
- Download Carnival HUB from your phone’s app store while you have a reliable connection.
- Sign in using your Carnival account or booking details.
- Complete the available pre-cruise steps and save essential travel documents separately.
Once onboard
Follow the ship’s instructions to connect to its Wi-Fi network. Use the network for your ship—not a network name copied from someone else’s sailing. The app uses the ship’s network; most HUB functions do not require a paid internet plan.
What you can do
Use the available schedule, dining tools, onboard account information, and other ship-specific features. Check the app for any chat charges before enabling it. Ordinary internet browsing requires an internet plan or another connection.
